People who hire suitable people for business are called Human Resources. They not only hire people but also take care of each and every necessity of employees. For hiring quality people into their company they conduct some tests like Aptitude, English vocabulary, Technical round and Human Resources round. To run a business successfully, there are many things to take care of. Prediction is one of the most important things. In every office, even if it is a small start-up company there is a requirement of Human Resource (HR). HR’s are selected for the prediction purpose mainly.
